General information

Linas Nutautas Apps are all the apps released on the App Store under the Linas Nutautas personal account. We value your privacy and make decisions in our development to respect it to the best of our ability. Our apps do not require user accounts, and we do not know who you are.

Storage and sync

All our apps store your data locally on the devices you use and sync across devices using Apple's iCloud, specifically through CloudKit in your private iCloud database. We have no access to data stored in your private iCloud database.

Purchases (RevenueCat)

If you use our apps with in-app purchases or subscriptions, RevenueCat may collect data related to purchases, anonymous app-installation identifiers, and usage metrics. This data is used to manage and analyze subscriptions and in-app purchases. For details, see the RevenueCat privacy policy.

Crash reports (Sentry)

Our apps use Sentry to collect crash and error reports so we can find and fix bugs. A crash report contains technical information such as the device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace showing what the app was doing when the problem occurred. Because our apps have no user accounts, crash reports are not linked to your name or email address, and the SDK is configured not to attach your IP address to reports. Usage analytics (TelemetryDeck)

We use the privacy-friendly analytics service TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Augsburg, Germany) to understand which features are used, so we can decide what to improve and build next. The collected data includes an anonymized, untraceable identifier per app installation, basic in-app events (for example "app launched" or "screen opened"), and device metadata such as device type, operating system version, and app version.

Identifiers are hashed and salted so that neither we nor TelemetryDeck can trace them back to you. No IP addresses are stored, no cookies or tracking technologies are used, and the data is processed on servers in the European Union.

AI features

Some of our apps offer optional AI features (for example, the AI insights in Body Tracker). When you use them, the data needed to generate the response — such as the measurements you entered or the question you asked — is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and forwarded to an AI provider (such as OpenAI) to generate the reply. Because our apps have no accounts, this data is not linked to your identity.

Our server does not keep a database of your data; it only applies rate limiting and may cache a generated response for a short time for performance reasons. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

HealthKit data

If you choose to integrate our apps with HealthKit, we will have access only to the health data types you opt in to. Health data read from HealthKit is used solely for display within the app and is not collected or disclosed outside your local installation of the app. Your HealthKit data is never sent to our analytics or crash-reporting services, never used in AI requests without your explicit action, and never transferred to a third party.

Retention of your personal data

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age. If we become aware of such data collection, we will take steps to remove the information from our servers.
