Do I need an account?

No. There's no account and nothing to sign up for. Your records are stored in the app on your iPhone.

Is it free?

Free to download. Premium adds extended reports, PDF export, the Apple Watch app, Live Activities, pressure alerts, MIDAS and sleep and heart-rate insights.

Does it sync between devices?

No. Records stay on your iPhone and aren't synced through iCloud or uploaded to a server. The Apple Watch app talks directly to your paired iPhone.

Can I share my history with my doctor?

Yes. Premium creates a PDF report with headache days, medication days, average pain, a calendar and monthly summaries. You can also export CSV or JSON.
